HR Policy

  • The office timing starts exactly at 9.10 AM and everyone is instructed to come to office on time ammnd this is strictly followed .
  • All are requested to please come in Formal wear to Office
  • You will get leave of 24 days a year which cannot be carried forward and has to be exhausted within 20th January of next year .
  • As 21st January of every year is the date of new leave calendar any employee who avails leave prior to 21st January is to adjust the said leave with the accrued leave till 20th January of that year
  • Anybody joining in the middle of CY their leave will be available to him / her on a pro rata basis
  • If joining date is after 20th day of a month he/she will not be eligible for leave for the month
  • If joining date is between 16th and 20th day of a month he/she will not be eligible for 1 day leave for the month.
  • Leave can be applied 7 days in advanced & rectification of the leave can be done within 22nd of the every month
  • It is your responsibilities to get your leave and manual punch request approved by your team lead.
  • After 22nd of the day no request of manual punch / leave will be entertained.
  • Ammended HR-Policy 2025(Effetive from 12.02.2025)
  • Gifts to be given only after one year completion in office.
  • Minimum 8 hours work in office is mandatory. If 8 hours is not completed and the employee leaves before time, he/she must take the approval in the portal from respected DFO/Deepika Madam or Banjyotsna Madam by manual punch. This will be allowed upto a maximum of 3 days in a month. If in excess of 3 days then 1 day leave will be deducted for every day of non completion of 8 hrs duty.
  • No incentive will be given during the period of maternity & medical leave . All application for maternity leave & medical leave should be approved by Deepika Madam OR Banajyotsna Madam on portal
  • All application for work from home should be approved by Deepika Madam OR Banajyotsna Madam on portal
  • In the offer letter it is to be mentioned that 2 months’ notice period is required, if anybody is not able to serve the notice period 2 months equivalent salary is to be paid to the company for getting the release letter.
  • In case of Resignation or termination of service, laptops, ID Cards and other assets or documents belonging to the company is to be submitted / handed over to the respective department heads. Release letter or final settlement will require approval from Deepika Madam OR Banajyotsna Madam.
  • Strictly maintain lunch time between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
  • Without approval leave will affect your incentives, Automatically leave will not be adjusted
  • Wearing the ID card during office hours is mandatory. Non-compliance will attract deduction in incentives
